 SHIPPING POLICY

Love Peridot offers Complimentary Shipping on all domestic orders over $65.

All orders between $0 - $64.99 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

*Expedited Shipping is available for applicable fee upon request.*

Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 2-3 business days of receipt. Once an order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation to the email provided.

USPS scheduled delivery can take 1 to 10 business days.

Please note: the above schedule excludes possible USPS and UPS delays that are beyond control, i.e. national U.S. holidays and weekends. We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen via transit and strongly suggest you contact USPS or UPS if such matters arise.

Orders received during the weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchases. However, we do understand that things happen. 

A full refund is granted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise minus restocking costs.

The item must be in the original and unworn condition, with original tags and packaging, in order to receive a full refund. 

In case you can’t make the deadline, you have 14 days from receipt of merchandise to obtain a store credit.

Exchanged item price may not exceed that of the original merchandise purchased.       

If the cause of return is due to defective, or incorrect merchandise please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to determine eligibility of a full refund, credit or exchange.
